Main Distribution Boards.
Main Distribution Boards are assembled to both Form-2 and Form-4 construction. They are available with an UL/ASTA Certified PRIMA enclosure assembly, or with a Schneider Electric enclosure system.
These equipment are tailored to meet both Consultant and as per Clients requirements
SFEI manufactures such products for a wide range of applications and clients, from the Air Conditioned rooms of a High Rise Commercial Tower, to the extremes of outdoor operation.
Panels are available for both indoor & outdoor applications as per IPXX requirement of customer.
Sub Main Distribution Boards
As with the MDB’s, Sub-main Distribution Boards are designed and manufactured to meet the most demanding specification and requirements of our clients. These can also be heavily customized to include control for lighting or pump and motor control
Panels are available for both indoor & outdoor applications as per IPXX requirement of customer. Panel colour RAL 7032/7035 or as per customer requirement. We also supply panels in Stainless Steel Enclosures
 Final Distribution Boards (Load Centres)
Final Distribution Boards comprising a combination of Isolators, MCBs, RCBOs and ELCBs are also assembled, again within locally manufactured enclosure systems or Schneider Electric’s Single /Split bar Disbo DB or Risbo system. All types of DB’s are available in flush and surface mounted forms.
Capacitor Banks For Power Factor Improvement & Control :
With energy costs going higher with passage of time, conservation of energy is of paramount importance in achieving sustainability.
It is necessary to maintain power factor as close to unity as possible. SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) has introduced the penalty if the power factor is poor.
Safwah Factory for Electrical Industries (SFEI) possess complete know how of power factor control and can provide you total solution on power factor control, not just to avoid SEC penalty, but also to reduce your electricity bill and ultimately save the energy – which has now become main focus of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Capacitor banks (for Power Factor correction) up to1000 KVAR in any number of steps are also available from SFEI to complement our range of LV Switchgear. Capacitor banks are available with harmonic filtration (passive) as an option should they be required due to harmonic generating loads such asDC and motor driven equipment. Power Factor correction and harmonic filtration equipment is pre-programmed to operate as required by one of our trained control engineers prior to testing, delivery and commissioning.
Automatic & Manual Transfer Switch
SFEI designs, Manufactures, assembles and programs Automatic and
Manual Transfer Switches (ATS and
MTS), incorporating client specific transfer delays, bypass
arrangements or seamless transfers
with synchronized supplies. All such equipment is tested for
functionality, compatibility and safety prior to delivery.

Motor Control Center (MCC)
Motor starting equipment such as Motor Control Centers form an
important part of SFEI’s portfolio and can
comprise of Direct On Line (DOL), Star-Delta, Multi-Speed,
Soft Start and Variable Speed Drives
(VFD’s) to match operating loads and requirements. These too
are available in both Form-4 and Form-2 construction.

Generator Synchronising & Load Sharing System
SFEI possess vast experience in designing & supplying Generator
Synchronising & load sharing system. Components of customer’s
choice can be used or we can supply panels with reputed
components.
Feeder Pillars and Isolation Units
These are available in both sheet steel or FRP enclosures.
These are optimally designed to meet the requirement of
customers, in terms of safety, reliability & durability.
